SYDNEY GOJU KAN- Information for Tour Members.
Members of the Group booking through Price Travel Service can depart from  Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth. The Airfare remains the same regardless of which city departure takes place from. The overnight flight from Sydney, -QF21,departs the  International Airport at 10pm on Tuesday 21st  November,  2000 and arrives at Tokyo Narita Airport at 7.00am on Wednesday  22nd.

Those staying at the Grand Palace will transfer by Coach to the Hotel. The remainder of  Wednesday is a free day.  Sydneysiders, please try and take advantage of the new rail link to the Airport from city circle stations on Tuesday evening.  Don't forget that you will need to check in at least 2 hours prior to departure.  Please travel as light as possible, especially those who are going for just one week. Make one Gi suffice. Wear your good clothes and change into a light tracksuit on the plane for overnight. It has been our experience in the past that people curse the fact that they have brought too much in the way of luggage. The volatility of the Australian dollar at present determines careful management of spending. Try and buy take away foods from the Supermarkets and Bakery around the Hotel whenever possible.  Weekly or Daily rail passes can be purchased and details will be sent to all travellers.

We have been advised that those travelling on Australian passports will NOT need a Visa. However please double check this with Price Travel. If you plan to travel on a passport OTHER than an Australian one, you will probably need a Visa. Please plan your return journey and book as soon as possible with Price Travel as seats during November-December are limited.
